IS flying to see him a good idea?
Author: admin
My long-lost love EX BF & I have became re-aquanted, and (PLS READ OPEN QUESTION) Just split from his current girl he was "seeing" for 4weeks. Due to the fact that when they are fighting, he thinks of me, and now that we have started talking again, the old feelings are coming back. We talk almost ALL day, online and on the phone. He really wants me to come see him, in INDIANA, but he lives in SanDiego, he is there for a business deal, as he travels a lot for work. Should I go see him there? I REALLY want to, and I DO feel like this could be MY happily ever after. What does everyone think? Am I being just crazy, he is a VERY honest person. And he tells me he cares for me, and never stopped. But, due to the fact that he moved to the mainland, and Im in Hawaii. It didnt make sense. WE understand each other better than anyone else does in the world. Could this be REAL? Am I a fool to want to go see him? And him want me to? IS this a good way to start our relationship up again?
He is willing to pay for the ticket, and the only reason we are going to see each other in INDIANA instead of SAN DIEGO, is because we JUST started to talk New Years Eve, and he had to drive to Indiana for work the next day… But he will be there for 2 months, and Too much time has gone by, and I really want to see him, as he does to me too.
IF things work out this time, I will move from Hawaii to San Diego to help him be successful with him business…. And be there with him, since he has a life set up there already, its easier for me to move there, before I didnt want to go…
I think if you feel like your feelings are this strong and that you trust his word, then go for it. If you want it to be longterm though, you need to consider why you guys broke up in the first place and if you are now in a situation to move past those problems. If the problem was simply because of the distance, how are you going to resolve that now since you are still living in two different places? You don’t want to be flying back and forth to see each other for a weekend once in a while do you? That probably won’t go very far. If both of you are serious about getting back together, I don’t see a problem with starting it off just meeting for a few days in IN, because at least then you can see if that spark you see/feel through the phone/internet is real and lasts in person. If there is potential, you NEED to take that time to discuss the long term. If you can come to a solution regarding the distance and any other problems you might have faced, then you are off to a great start. Having strong feelings for each other is definitely a plus, but it isn’t all you will need if you want to last. Good luck.
I believe most airlines have package discounts and work with a lot of hotel/resorts in the areas. I went last May and had also researched renting vacation condos – these are a good deal especially in the off-seasons (Spring and Fall). We ended up staying at a timeshare resort (called the resort directly) and was given a great rate because they want to get you interested in buying at their property.
All inclusive vacations?

I am looking for a site that has great deals on all inclusive vacations to mexico, Hawaii or carribean any advice helps. Thanks
I’d like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it’s hard to understand why people don’t stay home.
Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere – anywhere but home.
My boss gets married this weekend, and is off for 3 weeks of honeymoon in Hawaii. One thing left out of the planning was where to have Thanksgiving dinner.
Anyone have a recommendation for a restaurant on the big island?
I’ve located a local directory of restaurants that might help. You can drill down the Hawaii results by cities nearby to you. If you phone nearby restaurants you can narrow down wich one would work best for you. http://www.restaurantreviewsratings.com/Hawaii-Restaurants.html
which hawaiian island to travel to?

If I am going to book an all-inclusive vacation in Hawaii, which island should I go to?
Stay away from Oahu, if at all possible, unless you want to visit Pearl Harbor.
Maui is my absolute fave. Before I came here, I always envisioned Hawaii to be tropical and lush…you’ve got it here! Definitely very different from the mainland…more laid back and relaxed.
I have, however heard from several different people that Kauai is better than Maui. Never been there myself, but I’d take their word for it. If you’re looking for a relaxing tropical vacation, I’d set my sights on Kauai!
If you where half way between Hawaii and California, would the climate mostly be tropical or still cold?
You have to be south of the tropic of caner and north of the tropic of capricorn. You would have to be pretty close because Hawaii is not too far south of the tropic of capricorn or you could just be parallel to it. Accroding to the Köppen climate classification, you just have to be anywhere the mean temperature for each month doesn’t fall below 18C/64Fon average in order for somewhere to be considered tropical.
What vegetables are best to grow in Hawaii?
Author: admin
I’m building a box garden for my yard this week, I wanted to know what vegetables grow well here in Hawaii. Without a cold season, and it being September, what would grow well this winter? I appreciate any advice, I’ve been doing my research but haven’t stumbled upon any websites specific to this region. Thank you!
While there is the idea of "seasonlessness" in Hawaii, this is not exactly true. Because Hawaii is not directly on the equator, there is some variation regarding weather. It is mostly either a day length issue or a heat issue for plants that have trouble in Hawaii. While in the fall and summer, lettuce is known to bolt because of the heat, in the winter, it can do quite nicely. May I recommend looking into "short day" crops which are available for many crops, including onions. Eggplant does well in Hawaii, as does sweet potato, and most radishes. Feel free to experiment and see what takes and what doesnt. My advice, be careful with tomato, it is a great plant, but fruits excessively in Hawaii and could cause fruit flies. Good luck!
When is it best to go to Hawaii?

I really want to go there and if we (my mom and me) save up enough money, we might go in April. Do you think it’s a good time of the year?
Are the online deals really are what they say they are? http://www.travelocity.com/Vacations/0,,TRAVELOCITY%7C%7CY,00.html
Would you rather go to Hawaii or on a cruise (I really want to do that too!)?
Thanks : ]
The weather is the same year round in Hawaii. It only varies about 5 degrees winter thru summer.
If you want to go at a less busy time, then you’d want to travel when most people aren’t traveling to Hawaii. I’d guess that most mainlanders vacation in Hawaii in Winter (to escape the cold) and summer when their kids are out of school.
I’ve been told that Spring and Fall are the best times for less crowds, but you’ll never escape them 100%.
I am hoping to go back to Hawaii in May! I love the Big Island… less touristy!
There is an amazing secret beach in Kona that is heaven on earth!
I hope you guys get there!
When it comes to deals, yes, check travelocity and those sites, but also check Hawaiian Airlines. If you find a great deal on Travelocity, go to that airlines actual website and see if you can get it cheaper booking directly from them!
Aloha!
