I am planning a trip to Honolulu, Hawaii and I want to find a good website that offers great packages. Any one know of any sites? Has anyone actually used any to book online? Also does anyone recommend the Resortquest Waikiki beach hotel? Is that a good hotel to accomodate my two small children (ages 1 & 5).

Aloha! If you're going to go to Hawaii, buy from where Kama'aina buy travel. Hawaii still has quite a bit of older style travel agencies that are converting over to click and mortar, which with the rise of large OTA's, you really don't see any more.

Probably the largest supplier in the islands is Panda Travel or pandaonline.com. You can buy online or you still have the ability to talk to a live, local travel agent sitting in the middle of Honolulu.

Don't forget the Airlines – Visit Hawaiianair.com or Alohaairlines.com to see what the latest deals on are are. You have the ability to book travel packages as well.

Finally, everyone's favorite paradise tour operator Pleasant Holidays is still around and if you're lucky, you can swing a deal on some select travel dates. Pleasant buys significan't amounts of block space on United airlines and if they don't fill the planes up on the travel days, they liquidate at really low prices.

Sure you can go to expedia, travelocity, or Orbitz, but when it comes down to support after the sale, its best to make sure you have land contacts in Hawaii. So, buy local, buy Hawaiian!

the flight leaves at10;10 ch time and we arriveAT2'20 in Hawaii how lone well the flight be with time diffrents?

i do not know what you mean by at above ?

a direct non stop chicago to oahu / honolulu / hawaii is 9 hours.

hawaii is 5 hours behind chicago. is at 10 pm chicago = 5 pm hawaii.

you'll feel good when you go there / coming home you get the jet lag / feel the difference. lol. plus you will be tired fromsurfing and all the touring of the pineapple plantations and the road to HANA. lol have a great time.
