This is a quite big lot, not a big house. The house has two floors with a hall, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a big porch outside the kitchen (for summer dinners), a big living room, two bedrooms for four people and a pet and two big wardrobes for storage. Besides, there are a huge garden and a smaller beach.
I have used The Sims 2 and five expansion packs; Open for business, Nightlife, Seasons, Pets and Bon Voyagage.
